More on Negotiation Skills
Our methodology includes prework, small group work, lecturettes, role playing and intense case study analyses.
After some initial grounding in Negotiation Basics, using case study examples from well known international events, we will customize the follow-on work by using “live” organizational issues to negotiate. If possible we will develop case studies around organizational issues you are currently experiencing and coach participants in ways of achieving win-win solutions for all those involved.
